We do offer refunds in certain circumstances

If you’ve had a problem with the system, you want to cancel and don’t feel we’ve done enough to help you then we will refund your last monthly payment with no questions asked. We don’t want unhappy customers or ex-customers. Just email support@betterproposals.io and explain your issue and someone will look after you.

We don’t give refunds for not using the system

There are enough email reminders, and we’re proactive enough in checking you are okay for you not to be accidentally paying. We don’t forget you so you can’t forget us.

We want you to have had a positive experience

If we can’t provide that then we don’t want your money. Get in touch if you have any questions and we’ll do our best to help you.
