Nudge allows you to set reminders for documents that need a follow-up after a specified period. This helps you stay on top of client communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagements.

Note: Once the Nudge feature is activated, all documents created within the last 6 weeks will automatically be assigned to the default Nudge Campaign.

Follow up with your clients using Nudge

From the Dashboard, click on the Nudge Icon:

You’ll then see three tabs for your existing Nudge campaigns:

The 'To Do Today' tab displays documents that need a nudge today.

The 'Upcoming' tab shows documents scheduled for a nudge at a later date.

The 'In the Past' tab lists documents that have finished a Nudge campaign.

Understanding Nudge Steps and Its Status

  • To Do Today: The step is due today.

  • Skipped: The step has been marked as 'Skipped' manually.

  • Overdue: This step is overdue and needs addressing as soon as possible.

  • Not Due Yet: Upcoming Nudge step which doesn't require any action.

You can hover over the Nudge Step to view the associated email and tracking information.

Nudge Actions

When you select a Nudge step, you have four actions available:

  1. Preview Document: Opens a new tab to preview the document.

  2. Skip Email: Skips the current Nudge step, activating the next step in the sequence.

  3. Edit Email: This allows you to modify the email message for the current Nudge step.

Note: You can use merge tags in the email

  4. Open Email: Launches your default email app with the recipient and message pre-filled according to the Nudge step.
