Nudge allows you to set reminders for documents that need a follow-up after a specified period. This helps you stay on top of client communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagements.
Note: Once the Nudge feature is activated, all documents created within the last 6 weeks will automatically be assigned to the default Nudge Campaign.
Follow up with your clients using Nudge
From the Dashboard, click on the Nudge Icon:
You’ll then see three tabs for your existing Nudge campaigns:
The 'To Do Today' tab displays documents that need a nudge today.
The 'Upcoming' tab shows documents scheduled for a nudge at a later date.
The 'In the Past' tab lists documents that have finished a Nudge campaign.
Understanding Nudge Steps and Its Status
- To Do Today: The step is due today. 
- Skipped: The step has been marked as 'Skipped' manually. 
- Overdue: This step is overdue and needs addressing as soon as possible. 
- Not Due Yet: Upcoming Nudge step which doesn't require any action. 
You can hover over the Nudge Step to view the associated email and tracking information.
Nudge Actions
When you select a Nudge step, you have four actions available:
- Preview Document: Opens a new tab to preview the document. 
- Skip Email: Skips the current Nudge step, activating the next step in the sequence. 
- Edit Email: This allows you to modify the email message for the current Nudge step. - Note: You can use merge tags in the email 
- Open Email: Launches your default email app with the recipient and message pre-filled according to the Nudge step. 
 
Sending a Nudge
To send a Nudge, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Nudge step you wish to execute. 
- Review the email message. 
- Upon clicking "Open Email, your default email app will be opened with the recipient and message already filled in. 
- Send Email 
Selecting 'Yes, I sent it' will advance the Nudge campaign to the next step.
