Easily assign Nudge Campaigns to your templates and documents to automate follow-ups and ensure timely client engagement. By assigning a Nudge Campaign, each document created from a template will have scheduled reminders, helping you stay on top of communication with minimal effort.
Assigning a Nudge Campaign to a Template
You can assign new and existing templates to a Nudge Campaign. Once assigned, the Nudge campaign will be pre-assigned on the setup page when a Document has been created from that Template.
To assign a Nudge Campaign during Template creation, just select an Existing Campaign on the Nudge Campaign field.
To assign a nudge campaign to an existing template, go to the Template Editor and Click on Settings in the top right. You will then see the Nudge Campaign field in the Sidebar - You can then select a campaign from there on the dropdown.
Assigning a Nudge Campaign to a Document
You can assign new and existing documents to a Nudge Campaign.
During document creation, you can assign a nudge campaign at the 2nd Step of the Setup.
You can go back to this setting by going to the Document Page and clicking Edit Document > Edit Setup
