How to change the language of your documents
You can write your documents in any language you choose but there's still a few system messages which aren't editable along the way but don't worry - we've had these translated into several different languages.
We currently support:
Languages are set per brand so if you only ever write and send documents in one language, you only need to have one brand. If you, for example, sell to Spanish customers but have English clients too then you'll create a second brand, identical to the first, but have one set to Spanish and the other set to English.
How to change the language of your brand
First, click ‘Settings’ in the sidebar.
Next, click 'Setup' and the brand you wish to edit under the ‘Branding’ section.
You will see the options to adjust the name of your brand, as well as a drop down of languages to choose from. Select the language you want to use and hit ‘Save Changes’.
Can't find your language?
If you can't find your language in the drop down menu, just message us using the chat box in the bottom right and let us know which language you want to use. We might have it in the queue or we might potentially need your help in translating it. We usually turn around language implementation fairly quickly.
