We accept Card and Direct Debit/ACH payments

How can I pay for Better Proposals?

If you're on our trial, you will see your upgrading options by clicking "Choose a Plan" in the yellow banner at the top of your screen. You can also access these options by hovering over your profile picture in the top right and click Settings > Upgrade my Account, or if you try doing something your current plan doesn’t allow in the system.

Card payments

We use card payment via Stripe to collect subscription payments. This is our default and preferred payment method so whenever you go to upgrade your account, you'll be asked to fill in your card details to set up the subscription.

Direct Debit or ACH Payments

If you're not able to pay via card, we can take Direct Debit payments through GoCardless. You will always be notified about which payments are coming out and on what date. Remember, with Direct Debit, you are backed by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

This option is only available to customers that have a bank account located in the UK or the US. If you'd like to pay via ACH or Direct debit, you'll need to start a live chat with us by clicking the chat icon in the lower right hand corner. Then we'll need you to confirm the plan you'd like to go for and if you'd like to pay monthly or annually with a discount.

Once you've confirmed your plan, we'll send you a link to input your bank information and we'll get you upgraded.
