We do offer refunds in certain circumstances

If you’ve had a problem with the system, you want to cancel and don’t feel we’ve done enough to help you then we will refund your last monthly payment with no questions asked. We don’t want unhappy customers or ex-customers. Just email and explain your issue and someone will look after you.

We don’t give refunds for not using the system

Your subscription is not based on your usage of the system, you will have access to the system for all the time you are paying for it. If you are having any issues accessing your account, please do reach out and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

We want you to have had a positive experience

If we can’t provide that then we don’t want your money. Get in touch if you have any questions and we’ll do our best to help you.
