How to unsubscribe from Better proposals

Or if you're ready to leave, that's certainly a shame, but keep reading as there are a couple of options when it comes to cancelling your account.

Cancel or pause for now?

We know that sometimes plans change, so we’ve made it easy to manage your subscription right from your account.

To cancel or pause your account:

  • Log in to your Better Proposals account.

  • Go to Settings > Account > Billing.

  • Choose Cancel or Pause.


Here’s what each option means:

  • Pause: If you think you might come back in the future, you can pause your account for just $3/£3 (plus VAT where required) per month. All of your data will be safely stored. While paused, your documents won’t be online and you won’t have access to your account (this is purely for storage and maintenance), but you can log in and reactivate with just a few clicks whenever you’re ready.

  • Cancel: If you don’t see yourself coming back, you can choose to cancel completely. This will remove your account and all associated data. Your subscription will end, and no further charges will be made.

We’d never dream of stopping you from cancelling if that’s what you want to do—but naturally, we’d love to know why so we can keep improving. Either way, thank you so much for being a customer, and we'd be happy to welcome you back should it suit your needs in the future.
