Note: Comments are an Enterprise-only feature

Use Comments to give your teammates simple, actionable comments directly inside the editor so they can easily locate each comment and resolve any issue. For example, you can use comments to leave yourself notes for later, or get someone else involved if something needs a quick review.

To do this, just highlight any text inside a content block, and when the editor toolbar appears, on the far right you'll see the little 'comment' icon - click it and a little window will pop up allowing you to add your comment.

Click the blue 'Comment' button once you've written your comment and it'll be saved. You'll see the text is now highlighted yellow to show there's a comment there.

You can tag any user by typing @ in the comment and it'll give you a dropdown list to choose from any of your colleagues. Any tagged user will receive an email notification that will take them straight to the Template/Document that was commented on.

Mark a comment as Resolved

To resolve a comment and mark it as done, just hover over the highlighted text and click the 'Mark as Resolved' button. If there are further amendments to be made, you can go back to that comment and click 'Mark as Active' to reactivate the comment once again.

Replying to comments and viewing threads

Some comments might require some back and forth so in this event, you can locate the comment and click the 'Reply' button. This will open a sidebar where you can access the whole conversation and add to it.

To access the full thread, just hover over any highlighted comment, click the 'View thread' button, and the same sidebar will appear on the right-hand side.

Navigating through multiple comments

In the top right, you'll see a little comment counter and some directional arrows. This will allow you to quickly jump to each comment inside the editor so you don't have to go scrolling to find each one.
