To add a Video block to your proposal, click the + icon located at the bottom of any block and click 'Video'. Then when the block has appeared, click the 'Add a video' button.

This will bring up the sidebar on the right where you can select the video service your video is hosted with and then paste the link in the box below - choose from YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia or Loom. Then click 'Save and Preview' and your video will be placed inside your proposal.

To change the size of your video, hover over your video block and click the settings cog in the top left of the video block. This will bring up the sidebar where you can have your video shown in 3 different sizes. Select the size that works for you and click 'Save and preview'.

Same as before with editing the size, bring up the settings sidebar and you can select from a range of pre-made colours or insert the 6 digit HEX code to change it to a custom background colour of your choice.
